Three years ago I lost 80 pounds and never felt better. Over the last year I've gained 15 back and have vowed to never let myself go again. I'm ready to kick it back into high gear again! I'm not looking to be skinny. I'll never be skinny! Just healthy and fit is all I ask of myself.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 22 pounds. My goal is to lose a pound a week by eating better and exercising more. No magic solutions here!
My Program:
I already do cardio 4 - 6 times per week. Adding more weight training into my routine will take me to the next level and help make long-term weight maintenance easier. Food is a huge issue for me, but keeping a food log will definitely give me some accountability.

My name is Keri. I grew up in Southern California (Dana Point) and went to UCLA. I have travelled around the world, worked in advertising, worked as an entertainer onboard cruise ships and now am an event planner in Los Angeles/Hollywood.
Other Information:
My favorite workout is cardio boxing followed closely by step aerobics.
