I'm a 21 year-old who is experiencing major changes in all areas of my life. It's an exciting and extremely scary period of my life in terms of life decisions, etc. Some factors in life I cannot control (poor economy=job or no job for this soon-to-be college grad?), but I CAN take control of my health&well-being.

I'm here to learn from other inspiring people, increase my knowledge and awareness, and improve my health&wellness. I want to eliminate unhealthy dieting habits that have wronged me in the past leading me to yo-yo (in weight and self-confidence), and instead work toward actively practicing sustainable, healthy diet and exercise practices.

I am also looking to lose weight, but this time the focus is on building a stronger, healthier, better me inside and out!

My Goals:
-Strength Train 2-3x per week
-Run at least 3 days a week
-Run a half a marathon in distance
-Eat as balanced as possible
-Say good-bye to binging&yo-yo dieting



My Program:
-45 min cardio 5-7x/week
-TB Strength Train 1-3x week for 15-30 min
-Eat as balanced as possible, which means 80% of my daily food coming from vegetables, lean proteins, fruits, complex carbs, whole grains, healthy fats, and 20% of my daily calories used for desserts/treats (because I need daily treats!)
