Hi big sister! today i went to the gym to lift weights. on monday i skipped the weight lifting because i wanted to read harry potter, so i stairstepped instead. i worked on chest biceps and triceps today. my yoga class is really good yesterday. but when i move to days that will be up in the air, and i am sad about losing it. the instructor will not being doing that class when school starts anyway, so there are some changes on the horizon. this Erin yoga instructor does a lot more yoga for fitness and the first day we had her and sweat was dripping off me. not too fun. donna, the current one, makes it challenging yet relaxing too. anyway, keep up the good work! i will have to give you some of the schwann's chicken fries i got yesterday. they are super good, 8 sticks for 150 calories and plenty of protein. hooray! i am trying to gain more muscle so i can burn more fat. found some really great protein bars, pure protein, that taste good and have almost no sugar in them (they do have sugar alcohols, however.) talk soon!
Hi Keri! Am glad you are working towards your goals and i know you can do whatever you put your mind to! Stay encouraged. Focus on specific goals. I have given up a lot of my faves- my candy drawer has my pledge card in it, and i have only had a couple of pieces in over a week. that's a big deal for me. anyway, love ya! keep up the good work.
