Hey, I'm Kerri, 24 years old. I'm in the Army Reserves and just really want to get down to and maintain the weight that will help me in the Army. I just miss feeling active and getting out and running, odd since I don't really care to run, but it was a good feeling. I just wanted to find something to help me track my progress and give me ideas to improve my routine.

My Goals:
I want to get in good shape. I got soft after I got home from basic training and now I'm just needing to push myself again with my diet and my exercise.

My Program:
Tracking my nutrition intake and exercise. I go to Curves at least 3 days a week and I'm doing a blend of Tae Bo Amped, Hip Hop Abs, and Carmen Electra Strip Aerobics.

We're working on the last week of a challenge and will be starting a new one on the 20th of this week, so check the threads! :-) Challenges are a great way to keep your motivation up when you start 'slipping'.

Hi and welcome to SparkPeople and the SP Class of January 6-12, 2008! (Sorry it took me SO LONG on getting to your page!!! With over 55,000 on this team alone, I have NO IDEA who I haven‘t ‘met‘ until I get a message or see a new person post to the team.)

There's a thread on the team page called POPULAR QUESTIONS where a LOT of questions have been posed and answered. Take the time to read through it as questions you have may have been answered on there - and you may find some questions you DIDN't know you had!
