My Goals:
INNER BEING:
~ To be happy
~ To be motivated
~ To feel fresh & light

PHYSICAL BODY:
I will get my fitness levels back to a good standard

I will reach my target weight of 140 pounds

I will go down to a comfortable UK size 10

EXERCISE:
I will exercise at least 4 times per week for at least 20 minutes a time

I will do 5 toe push ups

Weight training

I will tone my body to a lean state

I will have a figure to be proud of

I want visible muscles

NUTRITION:
Do not let my emotions trigger my eating

Do not binge


My Program:
NUTRITION:
~ I will not binge & there is no reason why I should binge. Nothing is worth the bad skin, bad mood, sugar crash or just plain regret.
~ I will drink at least 8 cups of water/herbal tea per day

FITNESS:
~ Take part in at least 20 minutes of activity per day

    Thanks. Im kinda just taking my journey one step at a time now. My goal was to wear a medium shirt and fit into a size 9/10 jeans. I can squeeze into both. I'm 40lbs from my goal. So just one day at a time.
