My Goals:
my goal is to be healthy and i need to lose wt to do that. i intend to track my calories regularly [with no excuses] and make exercise a way of life. if i dont do this then i know tha i'm heading for disaster.

My Program:
i have been makig better food choices and i find that tracking first is often an eye opener that has caused my to rethink some of my selections. i also treated myself to an ellipical machine so no excuses about exercising.

Personal Information:
i am 53, in my second marriage and i have 3 kids.
