hi im vicki .i am 49 i stay at home and care for my two mentelly retarded sister in laws and their 96 year old cousin. i used to do nails and hair. i had to stop to hard on me to do it all and boom got fat . 3 months ago i weight 317 i have lost 22 pounds i havent weight in a month and a half my blood pressure went way up and the doctor said thats it so i now have knee caps.talk to you again i hope vicki emoticon emoticon emoticon
