My ultimate goal is to lose 50kg. I have successfully given up smoking after 16 years, and want to continue the positive lifestyle changes, improve my fitness levels and enjoy a more active life with my daughter. I'm a popular, outgoing person who has always been held back by being overweight, I am ready to regain control over my life. I've no illusions about the length of time and perseverance that losing so much weight will require, but I've incorporated exercise and healthy eating options into my lifestyle, and made a few allowances so that I can still feel like I'm enjoying life and I'm confident that over time, I'll see results and achieve my goals :)
Counting calories, trying to eat 70% clean, and exercising 6 days a week with either a 5km walk or an hour of Zumba. Would love to add some Free Weights, Pilates and Core Training , when I have the time and would also like to eventually start swimming, cycling and training for my first Tri :)
125kg - treat myself to a massage
115kg - hair cut and colour
105kg - new outfit
95kg - buy a bike
85kg - tattoo!

I went through something crazy when the season changed. It was SO sudden! I was trucking along, doing my thing... everything was fine, then it got cold, the leaves started to change, and I didn't want to MOVE and couldn't stop eating. omg. It was totally crazy.
Also, when you have stress or someone is giving you a mind-screw (interesting terminology for mental or emotional stress, I suppose... haha), it's easier to just give in to their opinions, thoughts, or pressured thoughts. You know like, if someone is being an ass or something, it's simple to just go eat something and hide away instead of cracking out the walking shoes, you know? BUT, I find that cardio helps me work off that emotional stress. Especially kickboxing!! I do it in the house and if someone angers me, it's their face I am punching or kicking or elbow smashing. Yes, it's very therapeutic :) haha
You are a busy bee, but you are doing a GREAT job, babe!! Keep up the good work and I'm here if you need me... remember that!!

One more suggestion.... check out my page... and my groups.... there is one that is AMAZING that keeps me going (literally, I honestly wouldn't get online some days if it weren't for these women)... The group is called "Done Being the Fat Girl". Crazy name, AMAZING women. I can't tell you HOW much they drive me. Really. If you are looking for some motivation... I'm sure you can find some there!!
