Healthy as a goal and an example!

My name is Jeanne and I am ready to stop thinking and reading about how I should and could make healthy changes, and actually do it. I want to show my son a better example of an active and fun lifestyle. I also don't want to end up in the same shape that my parents are in and keep that future burden from my kids :)
