Kristen, I have not seen you on 30DS. I have been avoiding it, too. Monday was the last day I did Level 2 (since today - Saturday). I kept putting it off, making excuses, PLUS, dreading doing it.. Level 2 is a killer for me...... BUT, Thurs & Frid, I started feeling thinner!!! My stomach, waist and hips feel like they have gone down... Really!!!! I said to myself "how can I stop doing the 30 day (torture) when I am feeling results......?" I am going to do this 30 day shred if it takes me all summer!!
