My Goals:
My overall goal is to create a healthy lifestyle, where exercise isn't just for weight loss, but something that I do for me that's fun. I also hope to drop at least 3 pant sizes. Some of my other goals are:

-Drink more water and less pop!
-Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday
-Be able to run a 5k

My Program:
I'm using the Food Tracker religiously. It really helps me to stay inside the lines and focus on what it is that I'm trying to achieve.

I'm exercising 5-6 days a week. Right now, I'm really into the Biggest Loser workout DVDs.

Personal Information:
Just graduated from college May '09.

LOVE to read!

Obsessed with Glee and The Office (I never miss them)

Currently living at home while I try and save some money for an apartment.

Kristen, I have not seen you on 30DS. I have been avoiding it, too. Monday was the last day I did Level 2 (since today - Saturday). I kept putting it off, making excuses, PLUS, dreading doing it.. Level 2 is a killer for me...... BUT, Thurs & Frid, I started feeling thinner!!! My stomach, waist and hips feel like they have gone down... Really!!!! I said to myself "how can I stop doing the 30 day (torture) emoticon when I am feeling results......?" I am going to do this 30 day shred if it takes me all summer!! emoticon

HEY!!!! How are you doing? I am getting back on the wagon..I guess this is an improvement from my previous falls off the wagon since its only 2 weeks compared to half a year! lol. Hope your past few weeks have been good! Stop by!!!!
