Slow and easy wins the race. I am also losing very slowly...only about 3 # a wk. But I find I have a lot more energy using SparkPeople's diets. And it varies the food so I have less waste from my refrig. Even my hubby with no weight to lose is enjoying the new recipes I try.
I also put on lots of weight when I retired from teaching, but I'm serious about making that a thing of the past. So can you!!!
