My Goals:
Currently, my goal is to lose 65 pounds by September 1st. To do so, I plan to eat smart and play hard, eat less and move more.

Personal Information:
I am from North Dakota and currently reside in West Fargo. I am an NDSU alumni and am married to the best man in the world, Scott. Scott is supportive, understanding, and loves me for who I am. While I want to please him always, I am learning that for the sake of both of us, eating right is so important.

Other Information:
While I'm really loving life right now, my weight is definitely holding me back. I always think in my head that I would be happier and more confident if I could lose the weight, and I know it's true.

Thanks for the roller blades! Makes me smile.
Did you notice the put a note for Walk Away the Pounds under low impact aerobics. they have added a few things of late including cardio dancing AKA zumba!!!!
