My goals are to happy with myself. I want to be able to go in my closet and not dread getting dressed. I want to know that I am healthy and not worry about having health problems 5 to 10 years from now.
I'm 26 years old. I have a great supportive (thin)husband. I'm also mom to 2 boys - Ian (3 years old) and Logan (4 months old). I live in a small town and it's hard to find a supportive buddy to diet and workout with that's why I'd like to make a buddy on SparkPeople.
I'm interested in meeting some people that are around the same height and weight as me so we can exchange stories of what works and what doesn't. So - I am 5' 2" and 160 lbs. wanting to lose at least 30 lbs.
