TLC PeePa
I am very lucky to be the PeePa or Grandpa to three fine boys, Trey and Lane in Iowa and Cruz in Arizona. My wife and I spend summers in Iowa and winters in Arizona. I'm working to be healthier and more active with our son and daughter and our grand children.

My Goals:
I wish to become the healthier me I used to be. My immediate goal will shed 34 pounds. This SP journey is undertaken with my son. What a thrill. He is already buff. I'm a buff plus or maybe plus plus. I will be a more active PeePa to our 3 grandsons. I will better understand my nutritional needs.
My Program:
My program is straight forward. I'm trusting in the SP program and relying on the nutrition tracking and the fitness programs to increase my knowledge and ensure success in achieving my goals. To be expected initially my knowledge is souring faster than my weight loss.
Personal Information:
I grew up in lower Michigan, spent 3 years in the army signal corps. Was in Vietnam '68 & '69. Graduated from Marquette University. Worked for 30+ years in Healthcare. Now the important stuff. Married 41 years, 2 children and to date 3 grandsons. Am I so lucky.
Other Information:
I travel across the US each year with the RFTW, Run for the Wall, group consisting of veterans and those who support veterans. We ride motorcycles from LA to DC. Each year we leave LA 10 days prior to Memorial Day to arrive in DC and pay our respects, at the "Wall", to those who did not get to return and enjoy the many things this great country has offered me.
