Hey all, I'm a 35 year old guy, looking to put on a few good pounds while breaking out of the computer chair lifestyle I've fallen into. Going to be splitting 6 workouts a week: 3 days of weight training, 3 days of cardio, with a focus on proper nutrition as well. I'm not "fat" but feel "thin fat" (and have a very tiny bit of a belly). Hovering at 170-175 right now to start, looking to get to 180 while dropping the bodyfat down to 15% or less. I started ...

I started here on Spark about a year ago (My 1 year is coming up next month), but fell out of it about 5 weeks in when I got swamped at work. So, I stopped for a while. But I'm back!

My Goals:
Looking to cut fat, add muscle and go from 174 to 180 in the meantime. Also looking to get back into a clean eating and exercise lifestyle, while still enjoying myself on the way.
My Program:
Body For Life for weight/cardio training, eating 6x a day, following calorie intake recommended to add pounds. Low fat is a priority.
