2011 Continues 2009 Goal

I started dieting on January 1, 2009 at a weight of 260lbs. Update January 1, 2010, weight 190 lbs.
Update January 1, 2011 weight 217lbs, have slipped a bit and now it's time to get back in control.
Update February 8, 2011 weight 205, tracking diet with new exercise program.
Update March 16, 2011, weight 195, New gymnastic exercise program progressing well.
Update May 22, 2011 weight 188, June 1st goal of 185 close.

My Goals:
I weighed in at 260lbs on Jan 1st, I made a goal to lose 75 lbs by Dec 21st, the date we leave for our Christmas vacation.

My Program:
I use the Calorie King calorie book and Eat This Not That! Started using Spark People about the end of August.

Hi! Thanks for the comment on my blog! You are right, when I started it was more about dieting but now I'm quite certain that I'm making a lifestyle change. I've been making small and gradual changes and they are all slowly adding up! However, I think I might be going a little nuts because I actually look forward to cardio days now! emoticon I never thought I would see the day!

Anyway, just thought I would stop and say hello. It looks like you are doing a great job yourself! Keep it up!
