Luxury should be rich fabrics, not rich foods...

I am finally actually as big as I always thought I looked. I look at old pictures and shake my head in disbelief - they're nothing compared to the condition that I'm in now. I have to stop. There's just no option.

My Goals:
Goals:
1) 300 lbs - HOW is that a goal?! I'm OVER 300 lbs?!

2) 250 lbs (the most I was ever supposed to "let" myself be)

3) 225 lbs (lowest I've been in my adult life, which is by no means LOW)

4) 200 (this is the BIGGIE, I'll finally go from being "obese" to "overweight", and 199? it's UNDER 200!)

5) 175, or so (then I'll be Healthy!)


My Program:
Fall Weight Loss Challenge.
Eat well and exercise, imagine that.

Personal Information:
I'm thinking of making some radical life changes - and this is the first: to get healthy and in shape.




Other Information:
I'm... a confliction.

I'm an English/Math person - which has spread out of school into my work life: I have a BA in English, and pretty much am a database manager.

Keeping this trend going, my brain is clearly divided between logic, which I consider superior, and emotion - which rules despite how superior I feel logic is :)

Thanks for the awesome comments on my blog. While it's easy to remind others of why weight fluctuates, it's hard to apply it to yourself sometimes! :)

Egg mcmuffin on the run... 300 cals and protein packed. A bit high in sodium, but not too bad over all!!!!!! HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Yes, I have heard about that new market. It sounds so awesome!! Since I am still working in Milledgeville with no sign of being transferred to Macon, we are looking in Jones Co. House hunting has been a lot of fun so far.

Thanks for the comment! Yes, things are positive in terms of workouts, but I have *really* been struggling with eating because running makes me so hungry. I am still trying to find that balance where I am full enough that I don't get the urge to binge, but my calories are low enough to lose weight. I weigh more now than I did at the end of January, but I feel good about how I look so I'm just trying to stay positive.

emoticon !! Actually I don't really get into the Olympics that much. For the BLC18 our theme this week is the winter olympics so I decided to decorate a bit for it!!!
