2018 is for healing. Nourish the body, nourish the mind, nourish the soul. It's about the journey, not the destination. And this journey is life long. The low points are when we learn and grow, so I'm embracing them with thankfulness and a cheerful heart. My setbacks will not keep me down. I will reflect on the reason I made the choices I did, figure out how I can avoid repeating them in the future, and trust in God's plan for my life. My Goals:
Short term:
Get down to 199. Weight Reward: New running sneakers.

Long term:
Lose 135 lbs.

Exercise at least 15 minutes every day.

Be light enough to wear high heels again.

Wear skirts without my thighs starting a friction fire.

Wear shorts comfortably.

Wear tank tops comfortably.

Not have to buy dresses with sleeves or wear a sweater over sleeveless stuff.

Run. I mean full out sprint with out my body shaking so hard that it feels like things will fall off.

Fit places with room to spare - plane seats, theme park rides, between clothing racks at stores, bathroom stalls, etc.

Be comfortable in my own skin.

Sit with my legs crossed.

Sleep without my hands falling asleep at night.

My Program:
Whole foods, diverse foods, minimal processing, organic whenever possible, organic meat and dairy, no preservatives, no dyes, no chemical additives, no HFCS, no GMOs. No junk. Quality over quantity. Listening to and understanding my body's nutritional needs. Daily activity. Daily prayer. Peace and calm.
