Before: December 2007. I don't think I ever checked the scale back then.
During: Feb 2011. Down 55 lbs from Jan 2010. I'm getting there...slowly!

It's about the journey, not the destination. And this journey is life long.
2016 is about me, being made new, from the inside out. It's about motivation and perseverance. It's also about struggles and defeat, disappointment and setbacks, but most importantly it's about discovery and change.
The low points are when we learn and grow, so this year I'm embracing them. My setbacks will not keep me down. I will reflect on the reason I made the choices I did, figure out how I can avoid repeating them in the future, and trust in God's plan for my life.
I will celebrate my high points and successes, but learn from them as well, so as to be able to continue to succeed.
I am building a stronger ME!
