Hi, I am Kellie, and very excited to now have a plan to execute so that I can reach my weightloss goals. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease back in 2005, before being treated you lose weight I got down to 129 very low for me, I looked Anexoric that might be a healthy weight for some but it wasn't for me, the thing is I always wanted to be thin so I loved it. After treatment it is not unusual to gain weight which I did 82 lbs at my heaviest. That same year I lost my Mother to Cancer, miscarried twins, not a planned pregnancy but one that I had wanted since having my son in 1997. I have since dropped 32lbs on my own, just watching what I eat and exercising.
I actually love the gym always have. It is harder to lose weight now becuase I have no thyroid, it was burned away with radaition. But I am going to do this ONCE AND FOR ALL!
My exerciese include Body Pump, Spinning and Zuma classes at my local gym.
I have wanted to lose weight for a long time, but have never set forth a plan to do so besides just saying I was going to diet. I was actually considering the HCG diet, which I know would have been a quick fix, and that's not what I am looking for. I want to be healthy and drop the weight so that I keep it off.
I am hear for the duraton, starting NOW, not 5 mins, an hour or a day or next week, but now.
Hoping to meet a lot of motivated people.

I saw your results on the A team weight loss board, just wanted to stop by and tell you to just hang in there! You may be gaining muscle which in the long run will help you lose even more!!
