My Goals:
Lose at least 9 lbs by the end of the Spring 5% Challenge.

Exercise 6-7 days a week.

Drink 8-12 glasses of water daily.







My Program:
Walking/Running

Add stretching and weights.

Drink lots of water!

Eat those things that are worth the calories I'm spending ;)

{Eat within an acceptable calorie range.}








Personal Information:
I'm married w/ one dear daughter.
I'm originally from the Pacific island of Palau. (Anyone ever see an episode of Survivor Palau?) However I'm currently on the Hawaiian isle of Oahu awaiting our next place of residence ;)

Other Information:
I'm currently leading out a team called N-E-W -S-P-A-R-K. We hold one another accountalbe for getting a nutrition, excercise and water in daily among other things.
I'm also a "Goal Getta for Life."
I so love to spark.
