Well, we are off to South Korea in week six of the Summer 5% Challenge. Our Living the Good Life Challenge is reading labels. I just ought to be able to do this! It's been hard getting back into the swing of spark since having the baby... But I'll be taking it one day at a time.

I'm married w/ two dear daughters. Just gave birth to my 2nd 6/18/15.
I'm originally from the Pacific island of Palau. (Anyone ever see an episode of Survivor Palau?) However I'm currently in the Bay Area of California.

Other Information:
I'm currently leading out a team called N-E-W -S-P-A-R-K. We hold one another accountalbe for getting a nutrition, excercise and water in daily among other things.
I'm also a "Goal Getta for Life."
I so love to spark.
