    Hi!
    Thank you for the Spark Goodie! Exercise is a wonderful outlet for me. My husband tells me it's called obsessive compulsive (he's right but don't tell him). Since my second knee replacement, I feel like my "old" self and I want to look that way too only healthier and better. Exercise, especially in the water, makes me feel so good that sometimes I don't want to stop. My new mantra is moderation, moderation, moderation!

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. You definitely have to be honest with yourself or you will never get anywhere. That was my olds ways lol, probably helped a whole lot to get me to where I was along with my medical issues, etc. and I do not ever want to go back there. I still struggle with a few things like I mentioned in my blog, but I am trying to work it out and get myself on that darn schedule. Having surgery is no breeze in the park for weightloss, it sure does take a lot of hard work and dedication and being honest with yourself. I was given a "tool" and it is up to me to make that tool work now. emoticon

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks so much for your nice note on my blog. I wasn't even stiff this morning but I cut down my cardio to only 60 minutes. I did about 30 minutes of weights today too.
