My Program:
I eat 5-6 smalls meals daily; grilled chicken, fish, turkey. Sometimes I will eat a grilled steak,maybe once a month. I don't eat rice, pototoes, or breads. My sides includes any kind of vegetable. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and green tea after each meals. I usually will drink a protein shake between meals.

I am from Houston TX.

Other Information:
I love deep sea fishing and paintball.
