Thank you for the spark goodie - Sunshine, well we have had non-stop sunshine for a month and a half now.. a little cloudy today, but this certainly makes up for our weather this spring. I am doing Paleo too, I found a few things in the book different than what I am doing, I eat less fruit that ANY amount, when I eat too much fruit I do not lose weight as quickly, when I eat less fruit I lose more weight. Today is day 85 for me! I feel so much better than I did pre Paleo! its my new food plan for good!
Hi there, thanks for your comment/spark goodie. Argggh.. I'm dreading my meeting tomorrow, though, as I've had a couple of functions this week that both had food at them and unfortunately I ate with "reckless abandon" and I'm way up, but oh well, it's always a new week and I'm already back on track so that is something. Was very very hard and took a very very long time to get into the 170's.. I'll prob be into the 60's in age before I reach my goal, but oh well.. didn't we say we are the slowest losers.. 1099 days ago
Thanks for commenting on my blog about mind wandering during long runs. Yes, long runs are good for thinking. Off topic, but related, I get that same mind wandering thing when washing my cars. (I always wash my own vehicles). Something about mindless labor freeing up the brain, I suppose. Sitting quietly does not do that. 1121 days ago
