My Goals:
My goal is to continue losing my weight before I become incapacitated by my health. I am very mobile and am taking charge of my actions.

My Program:
I have been following Dr Bernstein diet and am down 47 pounds since Jan 1/15. I have about 23 pounds more I would like to lose, but would be happy losing 13 more.

Personal Information:
I have been separated for almost a year now after near 40 years of marriage. I have 3 wonderful sons and 7 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I enjoy camping(in a trailer of course), sewing, some knitting and reading. I recently got a Kobo ereader and am enjoying it. I enjoy books by Danielle Steele, Debbie McComber, Nicholas Sparks, Nora Roberts and weight loss and fitness articles.

Thanks for your comment on my sparkspage. I had lost 16 lbs before I joined my tops group, and at this past meeting qualified for my 70 lb charm in the group.. so, another 4 lbs and I will have a 90 lb weight loss. I'm feeling very motivated now just to see those scales move (too bad it took kidney stones and being very ill to get me into the 160's!) - now to maintain that..

Hi There.. Just wanted to stop by to say "hi" and even though I'm not on here often right now, I think of you and love to see your progress! I'm battling not one not two but three kidney stones right now, very painful. They will deal with it next week if I can't somehow manage to get rid of them with the meds. Talk to you soon, Sharon

Thank you so much for the Goodie. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. We are still battling the humidity and 3-digit temps here in the Phoenix Valley but it is not as hot this year as it was the last two years so I won't complain emoticon

On my way to church now and then have "Doggie College" with Polly this afternoon. Peanut acts fine but she has this throat clearing thing going and so I'm going to take her to the Vet just to check it out. I think she might have allergies. emoticon
