This is going to be a "life's change" that I make... I may have to make it more than once... but it will eventually change my life.

My Program:
I will walk or go to the gym at least three times a week. I will drink at least 8/8oz. glasses of water... and if I forget or slack, I will drink all 64 ozs. before I go to bed... lol



Personal Information:
I'm 5'5 (and a 3/4)
I weigh... more than I should
I want to play with my son on the playground without feeling like I'm gonna pass out.
I want to be thin enough to ride horses without feeling like I'm breaking the horses' back.


Other Information:
Unresolved SVT with two ablations from last July to this July (2009-2010), between the docs and I, we decided to treat this heart problem with medication instead of another surgery. We'll see how that goes, I still get nervous when I head to the gym, my heart rate goes over 200-220 on a regular basis now...

Time to get my life in order, feel better, be healthier.

ONE DAY AT A TIME! :)

    I know its easier said then done... but start small, take baby steps, and shoot for small goals. I know you are restricted but a casual stroll is better nothing at all. And it gets you farther away from the fridge emoticon

    Hey..what's wrong with Friday morning weigh ins...I have Cardio Kickboxing Thursday nights...and I like to see that weight drop on Friday Morning..makes my whole weekend better (and HELPS..most times...to keep me from eating that extra snack Saturday and Sunday!) Whadda ya think? You are an inspiration :)...Do you always cram everything at once? LOL...weight loss, graduation, new BF...lol... emoticon RUNNING TONIGHT..supposed to be B-E-A-utiful...and tomorrow too!

    Yes I'm think that maybe I should have not asked for the croutons but she gave me like 3 and the dressing was a killer too..!! I did really good yesterday till I came home and had some taco chips with cheese and salsa the proceeded to eat like 10 Ritz crackers with cream cheese!!! God what is wrong with me!! I need to just have my jaw wired shut...lol any ways I'm going to keep trying and not give up...I'm glad I have you to push me along ...you are a great person and friend Love you tons!!! emoticon
