    We've been flat-out at work this week, couldn't even go to mom's last night - 12.5 hour day! So slacking on exercise. I will get back on track with exercise!!

    YEAY!!!!! MY Sparkbuddy!!!!! So glad you're back. I signed up for the 5% Summer Challenge and asked for "Champions in the Kitchen" teram!! Sign up!!

    We're going to to the RI Air Show today. Tony is part of a volunteer team so we're going to sell raffle tickets to support veterans. Our shift is 11-3pm and rain/storms are forecast to start around 1pm. Greeeaaaat.

    2) read, join any teams that you think you like, go to My Spark Points (click there) and spin the wheel, (that is where you go everyday to start with those points)
    3) get it know the people and make new friendships
    4) read some article.... (you make points reading these too)
    5) make yourself to exercise like walking, jogging, or whatever you would like to
    6) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
