My Goals:
Ultimately, I would like to get down to a healthy weight. Long term, would like to be able to shop in the "normal" women's section (ie size 18 or less)
My Program:
So far, just trying to increase water intake, increasing frequency of walking, and general monitoring of intake to determine what things need to be changed first. Taking it one step at a time.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in the South, though not really a member of GRITS. I'm back in school, aiming to get an Associates Degree in Web Design.
