Doing cardio and strength at least 4x's/week and being accountable for what I put into my daily food choices.
I am the proud mother of two daughters (born 18 months apart). I work for SparkPeople as their part time Office Manager and feel so blessed to be a part of something so positive!!

Kelly thank you for what you wrote on my HOPE thread...I know that I have not been doing this FAST and sometimes that is SO discouraging but if I am honest with myself I find that SLOW has been my saving grace...I have never had 16 months where I haven't gained ANY weight, in fact I have LOST...I just want others to be able to do the same thing...I want people to have hope which is something I hadn't had in YEARS...I really hope that my little success helps someone else...it would be wonderful!!
