I HAVE BEEN MARRIED TO A WONDERFUL MAN FOR 19 YEARS NOW... WE HAVE 2 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN A SON 9 AND A DAUGHTER WHO IS 8.. I HAVE 250 LBS TO LOSE..

I KNOW THIS IS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE, BUT I AM HOPING TO MEET OTHER PEOPLE WHO I CAN GO THE DISTANCE WITH.. NO MATTER WHOSE JOURNEY IS SHORTER OR LONGER WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME JOURNEY TOGETHER.. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MOTIVATING AS WELL AS BEING MOTIVATED.. GOOD LUCK TO ALL..


OK IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I WENT OFF MY DIET. STRUGGLED A FEW MONTHS INTO THE YEAR THEN TOTALLY GAVE UP I GAINED BACK 30 POUNDS AND HAVE HAD ENOUGH. I AM BACK ON TRACK AND BACK TO SPARKS FOR HELP. I COULDNT DO IT WITH OUT IT BEFORE I ONLY SUCCEEDED WHEN I WAS HERE. SO I AM BACK AND BACK ON TRACK!!!

I AM FOLLOWING A COMBO OF JORGE CRUISE PLATE MEAL DIET, SLIM FAST, AND CALORIE COUNTING...







WALK 5 MIN 3 DAYS FOR A WEEK, THEN ADD 2 MIN PER DAY PER WEEK TILL IM AT 10 MIN PER DAY 3 TIMES A WEEK.. WILL FIGURE OUT THE REST OF THE PLAN WHEN I REACH THIS GOAL







START A STREAK AND SEE HOW LONG I CAN KEEP IT GOING..







FIX HEALTHIER MEALS AND IF MY KIDS SEE ME EATING HEALTHY THEY WILL HOPEFULLY FOLLOW SUIT, GET JUNK FOOD OUT OF THE HOUSE...







START A FAMILY ACTIVITY, AS WELL AS GET THEM TO WALK WITH ME..







GO FOR A WALK WHEN I AM STRESSED OR ANGRY OR SAD...







STAY FOCUSSED AND KEEP MY GOALS IN SIGHT

Welcome to our group! I don't do Jorge Cruise's plan exactly, but I've learned a lot from him. I do try to stick to a 3 hour plan. Boy can I tell a difference when I go off it! I have several of his books and often refer back to them.
Anyways, hope you'll post and join us often!

Just saw that you recently joined our whatever works group. Welcome. I hope you wil join us.
I cannot be entangled with another "diet" but am searching for the deeper meanings for my overeating.
I think the three hour plan is a good plan to keep from getting hungry, but I also know that my emotions are an enemy, because I will eat even when I am not hungry. Love to you, and hope you will joins us in our quest.
