My thighs could be my demise......

Hi -I'm a SAHM who has ballooned over the last 3 years
(Not that I was a Kate Moss prior to that - oh no!!!) .
I am close now to my highest weight when I was pregnant
& that's kinda scary.
(Mainly because I have no cargo to blame)

Everyone has their goals:
lose a dress size or two, lose it before a reunion,
fit in skinny jeans.

My goal is quite simple.
I don't want my thighs to rub together anymore.

To me there is nothing more nauseating with
the notion that if I walk to fast enough in certain fabrics
- I may, just may, spontaneously combust.

This is not a pretty thought
& I'm sure not a great visual either.

So my goal is to work my butt off & thin it all down.
And of course avoid corduroy....
why take any needless chances?

My Goals:
So I am going to make my goal list & check off as I go. Many are long term with some short term mixed in....

1. I am going to lose a total of 20 lbs. over the next 4 months.

2. My family will be surprisingly shocked to see how great I look by March 2011

3. I am waking up everyday by 7 am & have my breakfast. I am finished with my am workout by 10 am.

4. I'm well hydrated & drink a gallon of water everyday.

5. I am losing a pound a week due to my consistent workout & nutrition plan.

6. (3 month goal)
I am wearing an XL tshirt & it a bit too loose & am 15 lbs. lighter.


My Program:
My plan should be called "Get up off your ass & move" plan. My food intake isn't the greatest but it's the exercise that missing.

Still trying to decide - I know that I will be eliminating sweets/cakes/candy from my diet. Yes - I know it is the holidays but they are my major weakness.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from the Pittsburgh area.
