I HAVE GOT TO GET GOIN'!!!

4/4/08 MY FIRST SP DAY
4/5 Pump up those bike tires, put on the pedometer, dust off the
pilates machine..!
4/6 Wouldn't it be wonderful to make some new good lifelong
friends thru SP? :)
4/9 1 week...one day at a time
4/13 This is getting Easier
4/17- - 2 weeks: made it over the hump
4/24-- 3 weeks: in the groove now
5/1 One Month gone! :)
5/12 Gotta MOVE more!
5/23 Slow.....Steady....YES YES YES!
5/30 New sneakers and morning walks, with my camera too

Forty-something-out of shape and fat :) Always an athlete now draggin! Even tho I'm really tall and carry a few extra lbs ok I'm way way past that.

Divorced, no kids, years of siamese pals..have been lucky to have had good friends, interesting travels, journey..Now ready to launch Next Phase of this life...seek Equanimity,, Contentment, Health, Quiet Joys.

And still raise a little hell once in a while :)

    Hi Kelly,

    Just stopped by to see how things are going for you. I finally have a day off where I don't have a zillion other pressing matters to deal with so I decided to try to catch up on visiting my friends.

    I reached my goal weight just over a week ago and have been doing pretty good with my maintenance stage. I weigh in every day, but only post weekly. It has kept me on track since I can see my weight fluctuate several pounds each day. Now I just need to work on exercising like I should. I have only worked out once each week for the last three weeks and feel really guilty about that.

    Stop by and catch me up on how every thing is going for you when you get a chance.
