5/1 One Month gone! :)

5/23 Slow.....Steady....YES YES YES!
5/30 New sneakers and morning walks, with my camera too

Just stopped by to see how things are going for you. I finally have a day off where I don't have a zillion other pressing matters to deal with so I decided to try to catch up on visiting my friends.
I reached my goal weight just over a week ago and have been doing pretty good with my maintenance stage. I weigh in every day, but only post weekly. It has kept me on track since I can see my weight fluctuate several pounds each day. Now I just need to work on exercising like I should. I have only worked out once each week for the last three weeks and feel really guilty about that.
