Great job! Looked at your Food/fitness trackers, looks like you are doing awesome with the workouts! Don't forget to track your food, too, though! What we eat is such a huge contributor to our weight loss efforts!
Aww! Yeah, I just figured she was a rude old lady that had no life. I am fairly certain that is the first time anyone has ever asked. I did once get a lady when I was shopping for a baby shower give me this glowing smile and look at my stomach. But she didn't say anything, it just made me laugh though, because it's not too far off to assume a girl in a baby store might be pregnant. lol.
But yeah, as with this lady, I just let her feel like the idiot and told her I was not. People need to learn not to say crap like that. Oh well, she is the one working at the grocery store passing out free cake... I'm the one happily married pursuing my dreams :)
Yeah, I'm a bit of a perfectionist. BUT I did do a couple of the insanity workouts with some guys (I believe were football players or some sort of very athletic people). And believe or not, I was kicking their butts!!!!! But I am very used to workout video stuff, because I've been doing it my whole life. It is definitely something you have to get used to. I'm just not sure if I'd stick with it if I was doing it on my own.
Hey! That's alright, it happens sometimes! I've heard that the 30 day shred is a good one, never tried it myself. Still working on the rookie running program. But, I only have 3 weeks left of the program! So, I will have to find something new to work on. I still have it in my mind that I'd like to do the Insanity program... still thinking about it though. I'm not sure if I'm in good enough shape to start it yet. But, I guess even if I paid the money for it, I could always use it as a "goal" if I can't do it right now.
