I got alot to lose!

Thanks for taking the time to look at my spark page. I am 30 years old and a proud mother to my 4 year old son, Will and I have been married for 6 years to my wonderful husband Paul. My Goals:
I would like to at least get down to 180. I'm 5'8" so at 180 I'm in a size 12. I would like it if I could get down even smaller, but I don't want to jump ahead of myself. When I get to 180, I'll set a new goal if I still think I need to lose more. My other goal is to exercise 6 days a week. I joined the YMCA about 6 months ago and have been going farely regularly lately. I like to use the treadmill and eliptical machines.

My Program:
I am sticking to the calorie intake that spark says I should be in and I am doing cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I really like the nutrition tracker, it is really making me aware of what I'm putting into my body everyday.

Other Information:
My favorite hobby is scrapbooking. It's loads of fun and it does help to keep your mind of eating. Above all I love spending time with my son and my husband. I am very family oriented. Family and friends are my number one priority.
