My Goals:
Just like everyone else on this site, I'd like to be healthy and fit. If that results in me losing a few pounds, so much the better; I have a "target weight" in mind, but I'm not too worried about meeting it so long as I'm cultivating healthy habits.

My Program:
My eating plan is to cut calories and fat by filling up on lots of fresh fruits and veggies and eating less meat. Fitness-wise, I want to up my workouts per week and maybe add some strength training and core work (right now all I do is run). I'd also like to up my running pace from a 12-minute mile to a 10-minute mile; that seems reasonable, yes?

Personal Information:
I live in Cincinnati, where I'm a copywriter. In other words, a desk jockey. (When will they invent the stationary bike/MacBook Pro?)
