Still on the Weight Loss Train after baby no. 2

Baby number 2 arrived at the beginning of March 2010, somehow my baby weight dropped off me within a couple of months, so I was back to my old obstacle, the dreaded 170's, they are my old and comfortable friend which I need to get out of my life but they refuse to leave me!

October 2010 Update...
I joined a gym on the 31st August 2010, since then I have lost 1.8lbs, going from 173.6lbs to 171.8lbs. This time around I have decided that I am going to take a slow approach to make sure I can maintain the weight that I am using. My goal is to take my weight 1lb at a time and make sure that this time I'm not just going for the quick fix. So, 1lb per month is the most I am aiming for anything else is a bonus but it needs to be realistic.

Hi and emoticon to the UK-Yorkshire team. I'm glad you found us.

I love your approach of 1lb a month as that has been my goal for a while. My reason is because I can eat more! I will be setting up a new challenge on the team to start on 1 November for the run up to Christmas so please come and join in.

Best of luck sticking to your plan and reaching your goals. Slowly but surely you will do it.

Hey! Saw your page and we have al ot in common! I had baby #2 in April, also dropped the baby weight quickly but now just need to get back to where I was YEARS ago (before both pregnancies). Good luck!!
