FITNESS: ~Strenuous Cardio 60 minutes 4-6 times per week (I love Spinning!). ~Full body Strength Training 30 minutes 3 times per week. ~300+ crunches daily. ~2 walks per day with my dogs. NUTRITION: ~ Portion control is key! ~ Breakfast daily ~ 6-7 small meals per day ~ Lots of fibre ~ LOVE fruits and vegetables! ~ Lean meats - chicken is a staple at dinner. ~ Dinner out with my hubby 1xmonth : ) ~ All things in moderation.
Oh what a wonderful day...we are alive and given the gift of this day!! Plus it is a day of rest, as well as a day we get to worship the Lord!

I am hoping to get my house cleaned so tomorrow I can relax watching the Super Bowl. My hubby and I are working on a healthy snack menu No soda pop or chips,or junk food.
Tonight I am gong to look into how to make rag rugs. I need rugs for my kitchen and thought rag rugs would be prefect for my farmhouse kitchen. Trying to keep my mind of my back pain as well as do something that is fun. I'd like to use some of my old sheets and table cloths that have stains on them.
