Stop making excuses, get myself back on track, lose the weight I regained and become an active and productive member of this planet!
1) Drinks 2 to 3 liters of water per day 2) Brigitte Diet (I'm from Germany) and its Doctor recommended, and I am under supervision. 3) Get my major blood work done and deal with being pre-menopausal (IM through menopause at 44 in June 2012) 4) Look forward and not back... Enjoy each day and each moment to the fullest and healthiest!
I just renoticed your post from January and wanted to check in. Last week at Lowe's I saw stevia seeds and bought a pack. I did so 2 years ago and enjoyed the leaves for nearly a couple of years--until I forgot to bring the pot in before frost last November. My dad's diabetic now too, so cutting sweets is important to me too. BTW, I found sweet potatoes/yams good for reducing blood sugar too.
