Hiya!

I'm Kelly. I'm an American living in England until the beginning of next year. I'm a mom, a wife, and a secretary for a pretty cool boss.

I like working out, and I love eating healthy food. Unfortunately I also love eating crap, eating when I'm bored, eating when I'm mad, and eating when I'm stressed. I'm a huge fan of circuit training type workouts and have gotten a lot stronger since doing them. PLUS: they aren't boring! Yeah!

I've made some some progress so ...

I've made some some progress so far(down about 15 lbs since January, 15 to go.) Hoping this kind of support will help me to keep my eye on the prize...which isn't necessarily a number, but a better lifestyle.

Hi! I got Eat Clean Recharged which is like just a revision of the 1st one. It has lots of recipes and shopping tips which I'm glad for because I wouldn't know where to start. Info wise it's really a pretty simple concept but the book is really motivating because while simple its a big change! I'm waiting til I read the whole thing to get started. Let me know when you get yours!

Honestly, I am totally amazed how well it's going! For me, I know it's the exercise and watching my sugar...those two things seem to make the difference for me. Right now, it's 4 p.m., and I am just starting to get a little hungry. I will make it fine until dinner @ 5 p.m. But I also am grateful for the community support...it means so much! Take care...you can do it. emoticon
