1. Workout for 1 hour everyday.
2. Eat slow and enjoy my food.
3. Eat fruits and veggies everyday.
4. Drink water!!!
5. Get down to 120 lbs.
6. Become a certified personal trainer.
1. Pay off my car.
2. Put $200 a month in savings.
3. New carpet and paint in the bedroom.
1. Wake up every morning with a smile,

2. Spend more time with friends and family.
3. Get married and start a family.

My name is Kelly, i am 27 years old and i am from Iowa. I played every spot under the sun from the time i was 5. I was generally happy with my body until i went through divorce. I had been with this guy for 7 years before we got married. He always had a temper but it got worse after we were married and it started to become very physical. One day i just said enough, told him to get his stuff and not to come back. I quit eating, the site or smell or food would make me throw up. I didn't sleep, i lost 25 lbs. I looked good for a while but then i started to look like a zombie. Until i met the greatest guy in the world how makes me so happy. So happy in fact that i put all that weight back on, ugh... I know what my body can look like and now i am doing it the healthy way.
I am a huge sports fan. Here are the teams and sports i follow:
Football: Iowa Hawkeyes(of course) and Chicago Bears
Basketball: Hawks and LA Lakers
Baseball: Chicago Cubs and White Sox
Nascar: Kyle "Rowdy" Busch
NHRA: Team Force
I love to cook and i love to garden. I love to travel and ride the Harley durning the summer.(i don't drive, i just ride)
