Starting Over

I had some success with Sparkpeople a year ago and lost 20 pounds. After a car accident I just couldn't work out anymore and all the bad habits came back so I gained it all back. I am going to try very hard to work at getting my weight under control by eating healthier and exercising regularly.

My Program:
Tracking my food and staying within my range daily.
Begin walking on my treadmill and slowly incorporate running again after 10 or so pounds have been lost.
