Getting Back on Track
Two years ago I lost 90 pounds doing the South Beach Diet. I have gained most of it back. I want to change my eating and exercise habits to be healthy again! I enjoy hiking and birdwatching. In the winter, I do cross-stitch and crocheting. I am a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I am a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Mark Martin.
