A New Me

I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2007 and Ive had my share of set backs and excuses for why I wasn't loosing weight but this is a new year and a new me and I'm determined for once in my life to stick to what I say about losing weight.

My Goals:
Ultimately, my goal is to lose weight and be a happier me. I don't need to be a skinny super model but I do want to be healthier. I'm going to take it slow and do it the hard way.

This week my goals are to continue to juice once a day and to workout 5 days a week even if it's only for 10 minutes.


Personal Information:
I'm a chef. My days are spent surrounded by food and bad eating habits. Sometimes I don't even have time to sit down for a meal until 11 pm. A lot of times I jst grab whatever is quick and easy to get my hands on...there lies the problem with my weight.

I've always been over weight, I don't know what it's like to be skinny and I may never know what it's like to be skinny but I do want to be healthier.

Happy Tuesday.
Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
