Hi there anyone who is reading this. I have just turned thirty this year and have seen some drastic changes already in this body of mine. Lets start off with since February of this year I started at 135 lbs and two weeks ago when I went to the Dr. I weighed 150lbs. I was not pleased. I didnt want to be on another yo-yo diet, so I ended up here. My goal is to go back down to 135 lbs and maintain. I love exercising, walking, yoga, pilates, etc. I have been working out daily since my son was born ...
Hi there anyone who is reading this. I have just turned thirty this year and have seen some drastic changes already in this body of mine. Lets start off with since February of this year I started at 135 lbs and two weeks ago when I went to the Dr. I weighed 150lbs. I was not pleased. I didnt want to be on another yo-yo diet, so I ended up here. My goal is to go back down to 135 lbs and maintain. I love exercising, walking, yoga, pilates, etc. I have been working out daily since my son was born 5yrs ago.I dont know what is/was going on w/my body but, I am determind to reach my goal & be healthy. As of today 12/12/2007, I have lost almost 3 lbs. and I have been active with SP for 2weeks. I am so excited to see what happens. Even if this is the weight I am suppose to be, I will have the comfort of knowing that I am being healthy (because I now can keep track of it.)
