Good morning SP friend! How are you doing? Great I hope. I've been having some back issues the past couple of days. I have a degenerated disc in my lower back area. Then I this morning I woke up with a headache. Sigh...
Congrats on the calorie burn!! That's awesome!
The temps here are suppose to be going up the next few days. I keep seeing online that we are expecting another snow storm. I seriously hope that's not true. Spring cannot get here quick enough. I'm sure the other surrounding states feel the same.
I've been working on a meal & exercise plan and it lasts 90 days. Which would work out perfectly since my birthday is about that far away.
Do you use any weight loss apps on your phone like myfitnesspal? If not, it's really handy because you can use the barcode scanner and log it that way. Or have a little journal and just write what you're eating and the calories. Quick & simple. Or think of everything you plan to eat that day and log it before you even eat. It will become habit for you before too long. ;)
