My Goals:
I want to feel healthy again. I miss not having a muffin top. I miss running up stairs without huffing and puffing at the top. I miss bending without needing to put my arm down for support on something. It's time to get back to healthy.

My Program:
I know what I need to do because I've done it before but it's all just eating healthy, not eating too much, and working out regularly. Let's do this.
