I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

fluids for sure! I was so busy and nauseous at work yesterday I only had a bottle of ginger ale...by the time 5 rolled around I was so sick from not getting enough water. Almost fully recovered! Hope you are doing well!

Thanks for the get well wishes. I flew twice in the last week so it isn't surprising I got sick. But I have never felt this bad with just a cold, so I'm pretty sure I got the flu...no flu shot this year. emoticon
