I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

I'm glad you got something out of my CSA blog. It's probably too late in the year for this season, but if you're interested in it for next year, I'd bet there are some great CSA's in Chicago. Thanks for always being so positive and helping to keep me motivated.
