I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

KELLIEBEAN Out of state drive to my uncle's memorial service, a short run then dog walk, more cleaning for my son to move in, now an upper body band workout! Then nighty night.

Thanks for your support. Yes, I was at that place where it seemed hard to lose and maintain. It is easier than you think, when you make it a lifestyle.
