I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

Hello Kellie - thank you for the comment on my blog. To answer your consistency question, it has been about five weeks, now. I have only been tracking for three days.
