I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012. Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits! I want to continue to work on stayinge strong and healthy, not skinny. I watch my mom suffer with many health problems and no muscle tone to help her get through a day. I want to avoid that in ...
