I've been off and on Spark People since 2009. I got back on in Aug 2012 and finally reached my goal weight on November 25, 2012.

Now is the hard part for me, staying active and continuing to eat healthy. It would be so easy for me slip back into my couch potato, snacking habits!

Thanks for commenting on my "Oh, Aren't You Sweet" blog, Kelli. I really haven't been interested much in deserts lately for some reason. That can't be all bad for our healthy lifestyles.

BTW, do you know anything about a Spark team called "Clean Eating"?

thanks for the goodie.... had a good day today.... ran 2 miles then an hour of strength training then ran another 2 miles
